Grace – Truth.
Jesus-leadership holds these together, constantly. It liberates leaders, liberates followers. It frees people to become all they are called to be, to run with the dreams that God has placed in their hearts.
If we don’t hold both together in equal tension, we end up dominating or protecting, rather than liberating. Dominating because we speak truth without grace and over-challenge. Protecting because we give grace without truth and over-support. Liberation and restoration happen in a grace- truth dynamic.
Your leadership needs to be a statement of purpose that changes situations. Your leadership must be active and involved. Bringing freedom and restoration. This is the leadership of Jesus.
